What we do

We are a global healthcare consulting company. We work with industry and other healthcare providers to drive change and improve the delivery of care, leveraging the latest technology and best practices to ensure that everyone has access to high-quality, affordable healthcare.

We might collect personal information while delivering our services in the form of:

  • AMDHA Application, designed to help patients manage their health and engage in self-care and preventive care outside of hospitals and clinics. A separate Privacy Notice for AMDHA is available as “Privacy Notice AMDHA – Alpha MD”.
  • Clinical Development, where we help organisations with clinical trial design and management, data analysis and interpretation, and regulatory support, with procedures in place to protect the personal information of study subjects.
  • Orcha India Data Protection Mark (OIDPM), where we might collect personal information at the time of webinars and other related events, which can be used to engage with us in sales, marketing or future events.
  • Job Applicants and Prospects, where, if you apply for a role at Alpha MD, we collect your name, telephone number, email address, employment history, assessments completed as part of the application process, and feedback from our staff and your referees.

You will not be subject to decisions that have a significant impact on you based solely on automated decision-making, including profiling, unless you have given us your consent, or it is necessary for entering into or performing a contract.

At the end of that retention period, or as per applicable legal requirements, we will either delete your data completely or anonymise it. If this is not possible (for example, where your information is stored in backup archives), we will securely store your data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

7. How do we keep your information safe?

We have put in place appropriate administrative, technical and physical security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, altered, disclosed, destroyed or accessed without authorisation. These measures include confidentiality agreements with third parties, secure development practices, security due diligence of service providers, and ISO 27001-based organisational security policies. We also have procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breaches and will notify you and any applicable regulator where legally required.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will never be able to defeat our security and improperly access your information.
